摘 要:针对某核电机组的升降式止回阀流量小的问题,采用了计算流体动力学(CFD)方法模拟计算其开启动态过程,分析发生问题的本质原因。然后在此基础上,研究弹簧和阀瓣各设计参数对止回阀流体动态特性的影响。结果表明,阀瓣孔是影响升降式止回阀流体动态特性的最关键因素,孔径和孔数设计不合理是阀门开度小、流阻大的根本原因。最后给出了优化阀瓣孔设计参数建议。研究结论可为升降式止回阀流通性能优化设计提供科学依据和参考价值。In order to solve the problem of small flow of lift check valve in a nuclear power unit,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to simulate the dynamic process of its opening,and the essential reason of the problem was analyzed.Then,based on this,the influence of various design parameters of the spring and valve disc on the fluid dynamic characteristics of the check valve is studied.The results indicate that the valve disc hole is the most critical factor affecting the fluid dynamic characteristics of the lift check valve,and the unreasonable design of the hole diameter and number is the fundamental reason for the small opening and high flow resistance.Finally,suggestions for optimizing valve disc hole design parameters were given.The research conclusion provides scientific basis and reference value for the optimization design of the flow performance of the lift check valve.
