摘 要:某核电厂蒸汽隔离阀长期处于蒸汽环境下,伴随高温、高湿状态,可能会导致阀门内部温度过高,引起阀门电装无法正常动作。考虑到阀门内部温度场不能有效的通过实验方法进行测量,且数值计算(CFD)能通过精细化的后处理,将数值求解结果形象直观地表示出来,以便于理解,因此本次对于阀门内部温度分布及散热优化问题的分析,采用CFD方法开展。结合本次阀门内部流场分布及温度场分布的实际情况,本次热工流体数值模拟采用非结构化网格开展数值模拟计算。通过本次计算分析蒸汽隔离阀的传热情况,判断阀门在高温流体下电机的可用性。经数值模拟仿真分析,结果显示配有散热翅片的闸阀有效地降低了闸阀阀体上端的温度,阀门在常开状态下,虽处于高温蒸汽中,也能保证电装的可用性。In a nuclear power plant steam isolation valve in a long-term steam environment,accompanied by high temperature,high humidity,may lead to high temperature inside the valve,causing valve electrical installation can not function properly.Considering that the temperature field inside the valve can not be effectively measured by experimental methods,and CFD can be visualized by post-processing,the monotonous and complicated numerical results can be visually expressed,even easy to understand,so this time for the valve internal temperature distribution and heat optimization analysis,using CFD method.According to the distribution of the flow field and temperature field in the valve,the unstructured grid was used to simulate the thermal fluid.Through the calculation and analysis of the steam isolation valve with the heat transfer,judge whether the valve in high-temperature fluid to ensure the availability of motor.The results of numerical simulation show that the gate valve equipped with fins can effectively reduce the temperature of the upper part of the gate valve body.
