摘 要:针对再生沥青混合料中RAP的利用率较低,废弃机油(REO)对老化沥青弹性恢复效果欠佳及抗车辙性能较差的情况,选用高分子聚合物改性剂(LM-S)对REO再生沥青进行改性。利用响应面设计法确定两种再生剂最佳掺量,并借助傅里叶红外变换光谱(FTIR)分析再生沥青化学官能团和分子动力模拟分析揭示复配再生剂再生机理。最后,通过沥青胶浆拉拔试验验证REO-LM-S复配再生沥青性能。结果表明:再生沥青中再生剂最佳掺量为9.53%,再生剂中LM-S最佳掺量为30%,再生沥青25℃针入度、延度、软化点均满足规范要求。REO-LM-S复配再生剂通过提高再生沥青中轻质组分的含量改善老化沥青的性能,相较于REO再生剂,REO-LM-S复配再生剂对于老化沥青各组分扩散融合效果更好。REO-LM-S复配再生剂共混界面的最大平均拉应力较未添加再生剂共混界面提高29%,较REO再生剂界面提高7.8%。In view of the low utilization rate of RAP in recycled asphalt mixture,poor elastic recovery effect of waste engine oil(REO)and poor rutting resistance of aged asphalt,this paper intends to use high molecular polymer modifier(LM-S)to modify REO recycled asphalt.Response surface design method was used to determine the optimal dosage of two kinds of recycling agent,and the regeneration mechanism was re⁃vealed by the analysis of chemical functional groups of recycled asphalt by Fourier transform infrared spectros⁃copy(FTIR)and molecular dynamic simulation.Finally,the performance of reclaimed asphalt with REO-LM-S was verified by asphalt mortar pull-out test.The results show that the optimum dosage of regenerating agent in regenerated asphalt is 9.53%,and the optimum dosage of LM-S in regenerating agent is 30%.The penetration,ductility and softening point of regenerated asphalt at 25℃can meet the specification require⁃ments.REO-LM-S compound regenerant can improve the performance of aged asphalt by increasing the content of light components in regenerated asphalt.Compared with reo regenerant,REO-LM-S compound regenerant has better diffusion and fusion effect on aged asphalt components.The maximum average tensile stress of the blend interface with REO-LM-S regenerant is 29%higher than that without regenerant and 7.8%higher than that with REO regenerant.
