摘　　要：目的 探讨大隐静脉高位结扎、腔内激光闭合术联合血府逐瘀汤治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月于河北工程大学附属医院就诊的140例下肢静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者随机分为手术组和联合组,每组70例。手术组患者采用大隐静脉高位结扎、腔内激光闭合术治疗,联合组在手术组的基础上加用血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组患者的术后并发症发生情况,术后瘀斑、肢体疼痛、肿胀消失的时间,临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果 联合组患者术后并发症的总发生率低于手术组患者,术后瘀斑、肢体疼痛、肿胀消失时间均短于手术组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。联合组患者的总有效率和总满意率均高于手术组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 大隐静脉高位结扎、腔内激光闭合术联合血府逐瘀汤治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的疗效显著,可有效改善术后并发症发生情况,并且患者的治疗满意度较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of high saphenous vein ligation,endoluminal laser closure combined with xuefu zhuyu decoction in treating lower extremity varicose veins.Method From January 2020 to January 2022,140 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Engineering University were gathered and randomly grouped into surgery group and combined group according to the random number table method,with 70 cases in each group.The surgery group underwent high saphenous vein ligation and endoluminal laser closure,the combined group was treated with xuefu zhuyu decoction on the basis of the surgery group.The incidence of postoperative complications,postoperative ecchymosis disappearance time,postoperative limb pain disappearance time,postoperative swelling disappearance time,clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The total incidence of postoperative complications in the combined group was lower than that in the surgery group,the disappearance time of postoperative ecchymosis,limb pain and swelling in the combined group were lower than those in the surgery group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate and the total satisfaction in the combined group were higher than those in the surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion High saphenous vein ligation,endoluminal laser closure combined with xuefu zhuyu decoction for patients with lower extremity varicose veins has obvious effect,can effectively improve postoperative complications,and the patients'satisfaction with treatment is high.
