摘 要:为评估实施天然林保护工程后京津冀地区天然林资源现状以及生态系统服务功能价值,为京津冀地区天然林协同保育提供技术支撑。采用国家二类森林资源清查数据,利用主成分分析法和层次分析法,构建最优模型,评价研究区内天然林生态系统服务功能及质量状况。结果表明,天保工程实施后,京津冀地区天然林资源数量、单位面积蓄积量逐年稳步增加,天然林蓄积量从天保工程实施前的3488.73×10^(4)m^(3)增加到7599.14×10^(4)m^(3);天然林生态服务功能物质量和价值量衡量指标均显著增加,相较于天然林保护一期工程初始,涵养水源量增长了28.69×10^(8) m^(3)·a^(-1),价值总量增加了550.19×10^(8)元·a^(-1),表明京津冀地区天然林提供生态服务的潜力较大;构建的天然林质量综合评价体系中,影响最大的准则层是森林生产力指标(0.41),对准则层影响最大的5个指标为龄组(0.2001)、平均胸径(0.1801)、每公顷株数(0.0925)、平均树高(0.0853)及海拔(0.0493);天然林质量总体处于中等水平。经过实施天然林保护工程,京津冀地区天然林资源量呈逐年递增趋势,提供生态服务的能力逐渐增强,但现阶段区域天然林的质量还普遍不高,有较大提升空间;实施调整优化龄组结构和林分密度等经营措施可以提升京津冀地区的天然林质量。This paper aimed to evaluate the current situation of natural forest resources and the value of ecosystem services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region after the implementation of the Natural Forest Protection Project(a nationwide project in China),and to provide technical support for the collaborative conservation of natural forests in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the data of national management inventory,the principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process were adopted to establish an optimal model to evaluate the service function and quality of natural forest ecosystem in the study area.The results indicated that after the implementation of the project,the number of natural forest resources and the volume per unit area in the study region increased steadily year by year.The volume of natural forest increased from 3488.73×10^(4)(before the implementation of the project)to 7599.14×10^(4)m^(3)(after the project).The quality and value measurement indicators of natural forest ecological services increased significantly.Compared with the initial stage of the first phase of the project,the amount of water conservation increased by 28.69×10^(8) m^(3)·a^(-1),the total value increased by 550.19×10^(8) yuan·a^(-1),indicating that the project has great potential to provide ecological services.In the comprehensive evaluation system of natural forest quality,the criterion layer that had the greatest impact was the forest productivity index(0.41),and the five indexes that had the greatest impact on the criterion layer were age group(0.2001),average diameter at breast height(0.1801),number of trees per hectare(0.0925),average tree height(0.0853)and altitude(0.0493).The quality of natural forests in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is generally at the medium level.It is concluded that through the implementation of the project,the quantity of natural forest resources in the region increases year by year,and the capacity to provide ecological services has been gradually enhanced.However,the quality of regional n
