壮瑶医诊疗服务标准化建设探索与思考——以广西国际壮医医院壮瑶医诊疗国家级服务业标准化试点建设为例

摘　　要：广西国际壮医医院是目前国内规模最大的民族医医院之一,壮瑶医诊疗技术是民族文化的瑰宝,是广西壮族自治区特色诊疗方法。为了探索如何在标准化的基础上为广大人民提供具有壮瑶医民族特色的服务,促进民族医药服务质量和管理水平的不断提升和人民满意度的不断提高,本文以广西国际壮医医院壮瑶医诊疗标准化试点为例,通过组织开展标准化培训、宣传、制定、实施和改进标准等措施,对建立标准化体系及开展标准化工作进行探索和思考,构建相对完善的壮瑶医诊疗服务标准体系,以期规范壮瑶医诊疗服务行为,为同行标准化建设提供参考和借鉴。Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital is one of the largest ethnic medicine hospital in China.The Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine are the treasure of China’s ethnic cultures,and are the characteristic diagnosis and treatment methods in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.The paper aims to explore methods to provide characteristic services of Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine to the people on the basis of standardization,and to improve the quality and management of ethnic medical services as well as people’s satisfaction.This paper takes the standardization pilot of diagnosis and treatment of Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine in Guangxi International Zhuang Medicine Hospital as an example,which conducts standardization training,standards promotion,standards development,standards implementation and other measures.It explores and thinks about establishing standardization system and carrying out standardization work,and builds a relatively complete standards system for medical services of Zhuang medicine and Yao Medicine.It is expected to regulate medical services of Zhuang medicine and Yao medicine,providing helpful experience and reference for the standardization construction of the peers.
