摘　　要：标准实施效果评估是标准实施监督的重要手段,通过标准实施效果评估监测标准的实用性和有效性,为修订完善标准提供科学依据,对于提升标准质量,充分发挥标准对社会经济发展的支撑、引领作用具有重要意义。本文主要研究《员工制家政企业管理规范》(DB34/T 3900—2021)实施效果评估工作,明确评估工作步骤,建立评估指标体系,评估发现标准实施中存在问题,并提出改进措施,为标准更好地发挥作用提供科学依据。Standards implementation effect evaluation is an important means of standards implementation supervision.By monitoring the practicality and effectiveness of standards,the implementation effect evaluation provides a scientific basis for developing and revising standards,which is of great significance to enhance the quality of standards and fully exert the supportive leading role in the social and economic development.This paper mainly studies the implementation effect evaluation of DB34/T 3900-2021,Staff system housekeeping enterprise management standard,clarifies the steps of the evaluation work,establishes an evaluation index system,identifies problems in standards implementation,and proposes improvement measures to provide a scientific basis for the better functioning of standards.
