摘  要:为提高卷烟产品质量,实现卷烟物理指标的精准控制,对卷接工艺过程作出全面综合评判,以达到提质降耗,降本增量的目的。针对卷烟物理指标的过程能力指数和标准偏差通过R语言模拟数据生成,Phython语言绘制箱线图并以小于SD箱线图的四分之三作为SD值的判定标准,大于CPK箱线图的四分之三作为CPK值的判定标准。卷烟生产企业可截取一段时间的历史数据,并绘制箱线图,确定适合企业的SD值和CPK值判定界限。In order to improve the quality of cigarette products and realize the precise control of physical indexes of cigarettes,the cigarette splicing process was comprehensively evaluated,so as to achieve the purposes of quality improvement,consumption reduction,cost saving,and quantity growth.Through R language,simulation data of the process capability index and standard deviation of cigarette physical indexes were generated.Phython language was used to draw boxplots,with less than three quarters of the SD boxplot being set as the criterion of SD value,and more than three quarters of the CPK boxplot being set as the criterion of CPK value.Cigarette production enterprises can intercept historical data for a period of time,draw a boxplot,and set the determination limit of SD value and CPK value suitable for themselves.
