皮下修剪术、搔刮术治疗腋臭的临床应用对比研究

摘　　要：目的:分析皮下修剪术和皮下搔刮术治疗腋臭的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性收集本院2019年1月至2023年6月收治的102例腋臭患者的临床资料。根据治疗方案的不同将患者分为对照组(采用皮下修剪术,48例)和观察组(采用皮下搔刮术,54例)。分析比较两组的临床疗效、术后6 m复发率、手术情况及术后恢复情况、并发症情况等。结果:两组的临床疗效总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的复发率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的手术时间、拆线时间和疤痕长度均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的多汗症严重程度评分分值均下降,但组间对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:皮下修剪术和皮下搔刮术治疗腋臭均疗效显著,其中皮下修剪术复发率更低,而皮下搔刮术术后恢复情况更好,且并发症较少。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of subcutaneous pruning and scratching in the treatment of bromhidrosis.Methods:The clinical data of 102 patients with bromhidrosis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were retrospectively collected.The patients were divided into control group(subcutaneous pruning,48 cases)and observation group(subcutaneous scratching,54 cases)according to different treatment plans.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate 6 months after operation,postoperative recovery and complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The operation time,suture removal time and scar length in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Hyperhidrosis severity scale in both groups decreased after treatment,but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both subcutaneous pruning and subcutaneous scratching are effective in the treatment of bromhidrosis.Subcutaneous pruning has a lower recurrence rate,while subcutaneous scratching has a better recovery and fewer complications.
