八珍益母胶囊辅助治疗初产妇产后恶露不尽的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察八珍益母胶囊辅助治疗初产妇产后恶露不尽的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月到2023年12月期间我院60例产后恶露不尽的初产妇,以随机数表法分为对照组(30例,少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗)与观察组(30例,联合八珍益母胶囊治疗),治疗2w后,观察两组患者产后恶露排出情况、凝血指标以及临床疗效。结果:观察组恶露持续时间约27 d,短于对照组30 d,恶露量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原水平正向改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率93.33%,较对照组高且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:八珍益母胶囊辅助治疗初产妇产后恶露不尽效果显著,可缩短患者恶露持续时间,减少患者恶露量,改善患者凝血状态。Objective:Observation of the clinical effect of Bazhen Yimu capsule as an adjuvant treatment for prolonged lochia in primiparous women after delivery.Methods:Sixty primiparous women with postpartum lochia were selected from June 2020 to December 2023 in our hospital.They were randomLy divided into a control group(30 cases,treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Granules)and an observation group(30 cases,treated with Bazhen Yimu Capsules)using a random number table method.After 2 weeks of treatment,the lochia excretion,coagulation indicators,and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The duration of lochia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of lochia was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group showed a better positive improvement in thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,prothrombin time,and fibrinogen levels than the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bazhen Yimu Capsules have a significant effect in assisting the treatment of lochia in primiparous women after childbirth,which can shorten the duration of lochia,reduce the amount of lochia,and improve the coagulation status of patients.
