布地奈德压缩雾化吸入辅助治疗妊娠期支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析布地奈德压缩雾化吸入辅助治疗妊娠期支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性收集2022年8月至2023年9月期间本院收治的112例妊娠期支气管炎患者临床资料。依据治疗方案的不同,将112例妊娠期支气管炎患者分为对照组(予常规治疗,60例)和试验组(予布地奈德压缩雾化吸入辅助常规治疗,62例)。分析对比两组治疗前、治疗2 m后的临床疗效、症状消退情况及不良反应,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(C-reaction protein,CRP)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)。结果:治疗后,试验组的临床总有效率(95.16%)显著高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05)。试验组的咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、喘息消失时间均比对照组显著缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均显著下降,且试验组比对照组的降低幅度显著更大(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在妊娠期支气管炎患者中使用布地奈德压缩雾化吸入辅助治疗,能提高临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,且用药安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of budesonide compression aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchitis during pregnancy.Methods:The clinical data of 112 patients with gestational bronchitis treated in our hospital from August 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to different treatment regiments,112 patients with bronchitis during pregnancy were divided into control group(60 cases)and experimental group(62 cases)with budesonide compression nebulization assisted conventional treatment.Analyze and compare the clinical efficacy,symptom resolution and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after 2 months of treatment,and determine Tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and C-reaction protein(CRP),Interleukin-6(IL-6)by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of experimental group(95.16%)was significantly higher than that of control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,lung rales and wheezing in test group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased,and the reduction in experimental group was significantly greater than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment of budesonide compression nebulization in patients with bronchitis of pregnancy can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has high safety.
