肾筋膜扩张器在女性输尿管结石合并下段狭窄中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析肾筋膜扩张器在女性输尿管结石合并下段狭窄中的应用价值。方法:选取南昌市第五医院2022年3月—2023年9月收治的80例女性输尿管结石合并下段狭窄患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用一次性输尿管导管扩张治疗,试验组采用肾筋膜扩张器治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:试验组导管留置时间、手术时间、住院时间、住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性输尿管结石合并下段狭窄患者采用肾筋膜扩张器治疗,能够有效缓解疼痛、减少输尿管狭窄的发生,同时治疗安全性更高。Objective:To analyze the application value of renal fascia dilator in female ureteral calculi complicated with lower segment stenosis.Methods:Eighty female patients with female ureteral calculi combined with lower segment stenosis admitted to Nanchang Fifth Hospital from March 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with one-time ureteral catheter dilation,and the experimental group was treated with renal fascia dilator.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Catheter indentation time,operation time,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of experimental group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain scores of experimental groups at 12 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery were lower than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with renal fascia dilator for female patients with ureteral calculi complicated with lower segment stenosis can effectively relieve pain and reduce the occurrence of ureteral stenosis,while the treatment is safer.
