摘　　要：目的:分析三踝骨折患者应用切开复位内固定术治疗的临床效果及对踝关节功能的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月广州市天河区人民医院收治的70例三踝骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例,对照组实施手法复位石膏外固定治疗,观察组实施切开复位内固定术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、踝关节评分、恢复情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1、3、6个月后踝关节评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组后踝复位次数、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、下床活动时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:切开复位内固定术治疗三踝骨折的临床效果显著,可改善患者踝关节功能,利于患者尽快康复。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation on patients with trimalleolar fracture and the influence on ankle joint function.Methods:Seventy patients with trimalleolar fracture treated in Guangzhou Tianhe District People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction and plaster external fixation,and the observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation.The clinical effect,ankle joint score and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ankle joint scores of 2 groups after 1,3 and 6 months of treatment were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of ankle reduction times,fracture healing time,hospitalization time,and time to get out of bed activity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of trimalleolar fracture has significant clinical effect,which can improve the ankle joint function and facilitate the patient's recovery as soon as possible.
