中风后遗症患者应用针刺治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中风后遗症患者应用针刺治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月仁怀市中医院中风后遗症患者70例,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,各35例。常规组采用日常护理、功能训练、中药治疗,试验组在常规组治疗基础上加用针刺疗法。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:试验组患者治疗总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良症状发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.026)。两组患者治疗后日常生活能力及神经功能缺损情况优于治疗前,且试验组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中风后遗症患者采用针刺治疗,可有效提高治疗效果,缓解患者不适,改善神经功能和日常生活能力,促进患者快速康复。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture on apoplexy sequelae.Methods:Seventy patients with sequelae of stroke at Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group using a random number table method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with daily nursing,functional training and traditional Chinese medicine,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse symptoms in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026);the daily living ability and neurological deficits of the two groups of patients after treatment were better than before,and the experimental group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment for apoplexy sequelae patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the discomfort of patients,improve the neurological function and daily living ability,and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
