摘　　要：目的:观察优质护理在氨溴索雾化吸入治疗成人肺炎中的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月上海市第一人民医院嘉定医院收治的60例成人肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用双盲抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸困难、咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于成人肺炎患者在采用氨溴索雾化吸入治疗时实施优质护理,可提升整体治疗效果,促进患者早日康复,同时患者护理满意度高。Objective:To observe the effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of adult pneumonia by atomized inhalation of ambroxol.Methods:Sixty adult pneumonia patients admitted to Shanghai First People's Hospital Jiading Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by doubleblind lottery method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received high quality nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);dyspnea,cough,lung rales disappeared time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For adult pneumonia patients with ambroxol atomized inhalation therapy to implement high quality nursing,can improve the overall treatment effect,promote the early recovery of patients,while the patient satisfaction is high.
