摘 要:目的:探讨男性不育患者精子线粒体膜电位(MMP)及顶体酶活性检测研究。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月赤峰学院附属医院收治的102例男性不育患者为研究组,并依据实际情况分为弱畸精子症组、弱精子症组、畸精子症组,各34例;同时选取102例健康男性作为对照组。各组均进行顶体酶活性检测以及精子线粒体膜电位检测,对比检测结果。结果:相较于对照组,研究组的顶体酶活性、MMP更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与弱精子症组相比,畸精子症组的MMP明显降低,弱畸精子症组的MMP、顶体酶活性显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与畸精子症组相比,弱畸精子症组顶体酶活性明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组的正常形态精子百分率(PNM)、精子向前运动率(PFM)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与弱精子症组相比,畸精子症组、弱畸精子症组的PNM显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与畸精子症组相比,弱畸精子症组PFM、PNM明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的MMP、顶体酶活性与PFM、PNM之间呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:在男性生育能力诊断中,顶体酶活性以及MMP检测的价值较高,检测结果和精子形态、活动力密切相关,是评定男性不育患者精子质量的重要检测指标。Objective:To investigate the detection of mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)and acrosomal enzyme activity in sperm of male infertility patients.Methods:A total of one hundred and two male infertility patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study group,and were divided into asthenozoospermia group,asthenospermia group and teratospermia group according to the actual situation,with thirty-four cases each.A total of one hundred and two healthy men were selected as control group.Acrosomal enzyme activity and sperm mitochondrial membrane potential were detected in all groups,and the detection results were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the acrosomal enzyme activity and MMP in the study group were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with asthenospermia group,MMP in teratospermia group was significantly decreased,and MMP and acrosomal enzyme activities in asthenospermia group were significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with teratospermia group,acrosomal enzyme activity in asthenozoospermia group was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the percentage of normal sperm morphology(PNM)and forward sperm motility(PFM)in the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with asthenospermia group,PNM in teratospermia group and asthenozoospermia group was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the teratospermia group,PFM and PNM in the asthenozoospermia group were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the activities of MMP and acrosomal enzyme were positively correlated with PFM and PNM in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of male fertility,acrosomal enzyme activity and MMP detection are of high value,and the detection results are clo
