摘　　要：目的:探讨消毒供应中心外来器械及植入物应用信息化追溯系统管理的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月绵阳市中心医院消毒供应中心纳入的15919包次的外来器械及植入物为研究样本,结合开展信息化追溯系统前后时间差异将其分为对照组(2021年1—6月)7919包次和观察组(2021年7—12月)8000包次。比较两组物品包装、清洗、消毒达标率。结果:观察组清洗、消毒、包装合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:信息化追溯系统管理用于消毒供应中心外来器械及植入物管理的效果确切。Objective:To explore the effect of information tracing system management for external devices and implants in disin⁃fection supply center.Methods:A total of fifteen thousand nine hundred and nineteen packages of foreign devices and implants in⁃cluded in the Disinfection Supply Center of Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study samples.According to the time difference before and after the implementation of the information tracing system,they were divided into seven thousand nine hundred and nineteen packets in the control group(January 2021 to June 2021)and eight thou⁃sand packets in the observation group(July 2021 to December 2021).The two groups of goods packaging,cleaning,disinfection up to standard were compared.Results:The qualified rates of cleaning,disinfection and packaging in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The information trac⁃ing system management is effective in the management of external devices and implants in the disinfection supply center.
