腕踝针在不同类型疾病中镇痛疗效的临床应用进展

摘　　要：疼痛作为一种主观感觉,常是多种疾病的共同症状,严重影响患者的生活质量和整体康复效果。随着医学研究的不断深入,传统中医疗法在疼痛领域中的应用越来越受到重视。腕踝针疗法作为一种传统中医治疗方法,通过在患者的腕部和踝部选择特定的穴位进行针刺,以其独特的疗效广泛用于临床。该文通分析腕踝针在神经性疾病、癌症、外科疾病、内科疾病引发的疼痛以及其他常见疼痛疾病中的应用情况,为其在临床中的进一步应用提供科学依据,期望促进传统中医治疗方法在现代医学实践中的发展,为患者提供更为全面和个性化的疼痛管理方案。As a subjective feeling,pain is often a common symptom of many diseases,which seriously affects the quality of life and the overall rehabilitation effect of patients.With the deepening of medical research,the application of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the field of pain has been paid more and more attention.As a kind of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,wrist-ankle acupuncture is widely used in clinic for its unique curative effect by selecting specific acupuncture points on the patient's wrist and ankle.This article analyzed the application of wrist-ankle acupuncture in neurological diseases,cancer,surgical diseases,medical diseases and other common pain diseases,and provided scientific basis for its further application in clinic.It was expected to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods in modern medical practice and provide patients with more comprehensive and personalized pain management programs.
