摘　　要：思想政治教育是培养合格医疗卫生人才的重要保障,医学院校附属医院是承担救死扶伤医疗工作和临床教学双重职责的重要场所。为提高人才培养质量,临床医学院与附属医院实施“院院合一”管理体制,发挥附属医院主体职能,对新体制下医学生思想政治工作路径进行了积极有效探索,建立新体制下以医学生理想信念培育为引领、以职业道德培育为保障、以社会服务意识培育为目标的医学生思想政治工作新路径,以培养医德高尚、医术精湛的医学人才,体现附属医院医疗与教学的责任担当。Ideological and political education is essential for culturing medical talents and an affiliated hospital takes responsibility of health care and clinical teaching together.In the“college-hospital combined into one”system,clinical medical college and the affiliated hospital should perform principal responsibility of the affiliated hospital,explore and establish the new mode of medical students ideological and political education which is guided with culturing ideals and convictions,ensured with culturing professional ethics,to guarantee the culturing result of medical talents.
