摘　　要：人才对于乡村振兴的重要性不言而喻,然而,当下农村地区人才紧缺使得乡村振兴工作缺乏内生动力,人才回流对乡村振兴尤其重要。该文基于马克思主义人才观的视角,从个人、社会和国家3个层面分析人才流动的影响因素,由此提出可以从人文环境、经济环境、生活环境和基础保障4个方面进行改进,以促进人才回流,助力乡村振兴。The importance of talents for rural revitalization is self-evident.At present,however,theshortage of talents in rural areas has led to a lack of endogenous motivation in rural revitalization work,and the return of talents is particularly important.Based on the Marxist view of talents,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of talent flow from the three aspects of individual,society and country,and makes improvements from four aspects:humanistic environment,economic environment,living environment and basic security,in order to promote the return of talents and help the revitalization of the countryside.
