乡村振兴背景下农村思想政治工作载体创新研究——以江西省Z市为例

摘　　要：载体是思想政治工作的具体活动形式,是思想政治工作过程中各要素相互联系的枢纽。创新农村思想政治工作载体有利于增强农村思想政治工作的实效性,扩大农村思想政治工作的影响力,推动农村思想政治工作的新发展。基于江西省Z市农村思想政治工作载体创新实践,总结经验,探析如何利用与改进管理载体、活动载体、文化载体和传媒载体,以推进新时代的农村思想政治工作,助力乡村振兴战略的实施。The carrier is the specific activity form of ideological and political work and the hub of the interrelation of various elements in the process of ideological and political work.Innovating the carrier of rural ideological and political work will help to enhance the effectiveness of rural ideological and political work,expand the influence of rural ideological and political work,and promote the new development of rural ideological and political work.Based on the innovative practice of the carrier of rural ideological and political work in Z City,Jiangxi Province,this paper summarizes the experience,and probes into how to use and improve the management carrier,activity carrier,cultural carrier and media carrier,so as to promote the rural ideological and political work in the new era.to help the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.
