摘　　要：乡村振兴是我国社会主义事业总布局的重要内容。从治理的角度来看,达到乡村振兴的最佳方式,是通过多元主体积极参与到农村公共事务的治理当中,在合作和互动中整合资源,共同建设农村,推动乡村建设与发展。基于乡村建设及社会资本等理论视角,在对社会资本概念及其与乡村振兴的相关性进行深入理解的基础上,计划从信任、规范、网络3个维度层面,重点围绕社会资本助力乡村振兴的功能、困境、原因与对策等内容,对“社会资本助力乡村振兴”这一主题进行深层次和系统化的阐述,并对在新的历史条件下如何更好地培育社会资本,以为实现全面推进乡村振兴、进一步实现农业农村现代化,实现农村的可持续发展与建设,提出切实可行的新思路、新举措、新做法。Rural revitalization is an important part of the general layout of China's socialist cause.From the perspective of governance,the best way to achieve rural revitalization is through multiple subjects to actively participate in the governance of rural public affairs,integrate resources in cooperation and interaction,jointly build rural areas,and promote rural construction and development.Based on the theoretical perspective of rural construction and social capital,and on the basis of an in-depth understanding of the concept of social capital and its correlation with rural revitalization,the plan is planned from the three dimensions of trust,standardization and network.Focusing on the functions,difficulties,causes and countermeasures of social capital helping rural revitalization,this paper makes a deep and systematic exposition on the theme of"social capital aidingrural revitalization".Furthermore,as regards how to better cultivate social capital under the new historical conditions,in order to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,further realize agricultural and rural modernization,and realize rural sustainable development and construction,this paper puts forward feasible new ideas,measures and practices.
