乡村振兴战略背景下高素质农民培育成效及提升策略探究

摘　　要：党的十九大报告指出,实施乡村振兴战略。农业农村农民问题是关系国计民生的根本性问题,必须始终把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重。该文针对高素质农民培育成效展开调研,分析高素质农民培育对乡村振兴的推动作用,探究高素质农民培育的形式及成效,并就影响培育成效的关键因素进行分析,提出优化培育内容、完善培育机制、引导社会参与等八方面提升策略。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The issue of agriculture,rural areas,and farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.It is necessary to always make solving the"three rural issues"a top priority in the work of the entire Party.This paper makes an investigation on the effectiveness of the cultivation of high-quality farmers,analyzes the role of the cultivation of high-quality farmers in promoting rural revitalization,probes into the forms and effects of the cultivation of high-quality farmers,and analyzes the key factors that affect the effectiveness of cultivation.Eight promotion strategies are put forward,such as optimizing the cultivation content,perfecting the cultivation mechanism and guiding social participation.
