基于高校党建引领的产学研协同育人创新模式

摘　　要：根据产学研协同育人目标任务,从高校党建引领的角度,探索实践校政企“智联建”的产学研协同育人创新模式。本文深刻把握校政企“智联建”的研究背景,从高校学科发展任务需求出发,发挥高校党建引领作用,结合燕山大学机械工程学院校政企“智联建”的具体实践,提供高校党建工作与产学研协同育人的融合模式与方法,并对未来工作提出思考。Based on the goal and task of collaborative education among industries,universities,and research institutions,and from the perspective of leading Party building in universities,the innovative model of industry-university-research collaborative education are explored and practiced through the"intelligent joint construction"of the government,enterprises,and universities.This paper deeply grasps the research background of"intellectual joint construction"of universities,government and enterprises,starting from the needs of university discipline development tasks,gives play to the leading role of university Party construction,combines the specific practice of"intellectual joint construction"of universities,government and enterprises in School of Mechanical Engineering of Yanshan University,provides the integration mode,method and effect of university Party construction work and industry university research association education,and puts forward some thoughts on the future work.
