摘 要:该文以某市污水管网工程为例,探究钢筋混凝土长距离顶管施工技术的运用。施工前加强膨润土、钢筋混凝土管等基础材料,以及起重机、土压平衡顶管机等设备的检验与验收。布置工作井与接收井,在地面与井内施工设备安装完毕后,吊装钢筋混凝土管并开始顶进作业。长距离顶管施工中,触变泥浆的灌注、中继站的设置、钢筋混凝土管的测控与纠偏等,都是需要重点关注的技术要点。通过落实全过程施工管理,保证施工质量,顺利完成施工任务。This paper takes the sewage pipe network project of a city as an example to explore the application of reinforced concrete long-distance pipe jacking construction technology.Before construction,we should strengthen the inspection and acceptance of basic materials such as bentonite and reinforced concrete pipelines,as well as equipment such as cranes and soil pressure balancing pipe jacking machines,and lay out the work well and the receiving well.After the installation of the construction equipment on the surface and in the well,the reinforced concrete pipe is hoisted and the jacking operation begins.In the construction of long-distance pipe jacking,the pouring of thixotropic mud,the setting of relay station,the measurement and control and deviation correction of reinforced concrete pipe are all the key technical points that need to be paid attention to.Through the implementation of the whole process construction management,the construction quality is guaranteed and the construction task is completed smoothly.
