摘  要:产教融合育人是提高专业学位研究生培养质量的重要途径。然而,目前高校和企业在产教融合过程中仍存在诸如产教融合不紧密、课程体系与实践环节脱节、师资队伍结构不合理、实践实训建设不完善、协同创新平台建设滞后等问题。针对高校和企业产教融合存在的问题,深入分析问题产生的原因,并从完善合作评估机制、搭建合作平台、优化课程设计、加强实践基地建设、优化学科结构、建立评价反馈机制、增强意识和认知等方面提出具体的对策,以期为提升专业学位研究生产教融合育人质量提供参考。Industry-education integrative education is an important way to improve the quality of training professional degree postgraduate students.However,there are still problems in the integration of industry and education in universities and enterprises,such as the lack of close integration of industry and education,the disconnection between the curriculum system and practice,the unreasonable structure of teaching staff,the imperfect construction of practical training,and the lagging construction of collaborative innovation platforms.In view of the problems existing in the integration of industry and education in universities and enterprises,we conduct an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and proposes specific countermeasures from the aspects of cooperative evaluation mechanism,building a cooperation platform,optimizing course design,constructing practice bases,optimizing the discipline structure,evaluation and feedback mechanism,raising awareness and cognition,etc.,with a view to providing reference for improving the industry-education integrative education quality of professional degree postgraduate students.
