摘  要:导师与研究生学术命运共同体的形成是研究生教育体系中培养高质量学术人才的核心要素。该文认为平等互信的导生关系、融洽的学术氛围、合理的管理机制、坚定的学术目标是导师与研究生学术命运共同体的内涵理念。通过分析研究生教育中因导生二元对立引发的导生平等互信缺失、软硬环境不均衡发展、管理机制不健全等现实问题,提出注重导生双主体作用发挥、坚持硬件设施与软环境并重、规范权力与责任机制、构建激励机制促进学术共同目标形成等学术共同体的构建路径。The formation of an academic community between tutors and postgraduates is a core element in cultivating high-quality academic talents in the postgraduate education system.This paper believes that equality and mutual trust between tutors and students,harmonious academic atmosphere,reasonable management mechanism,and firm academic goals are the connotative concepts of the academic community between tutors and postgraduates.By analyzing the practical problems in postgraduate education such as the lack of equality and mutual trust between tutors and students,the uneven development of soft and hard environments,and the imperfect management mechanism caused by the dual opposition between tutors and students,it is proposed to pay attention to the dual-subject role of tutors and students,insist on equal emphasis on hardware facilities and soft environment,standardize the mechanism of rights and responsibilities,and build an incentive mechanism to promote the formation of common academic goals,so as to construct an academic community.
