摘  要:目的 探究心理健康素养对高校心理委员胜任力的影响及其内在作用机制。方法 采用国民心理健康素养问卷、中文版个人成长主动性量表、应对效能量表与心理委员胜任力特征问卷,对430名高校心理委员进行测试。结果 相关分析结果显示,心理健康素养、个人成长主动性、应对效能均与心理委员胜任力呈显著正相关。中介效应分析结果显示,心理健康素养能够正向预测心理委员胜任力,且个人成长主动性和应对效能在心理健康素养和心理委员胜任力之间的简单中介作用和链式中介作用均成立。结论 心理健康素养的提升能够有效促进高校心理委员个人成长的主动性,从而使其拥有更高水平的应对效能,助力高校朋辈心理服务队伍建设。Objective To explore the impact of mental health literacy on the competence of college psychological commissioners and its underlying mechanisms.Methods 430 college psychological commissioners were measured using the National Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire,Chinese version of the Personal Growth Initiative Scale,Coping Efficacy Scale,and Psychological Commissar Competency Characteristics Questionnaire.Results The correlation analysis showed that mental health literacy,personal growth initiative,and coping efficacy were significantly positively correlated with the competence of psychological commissioners.The results of the mediation effect analysis show that mental health literacy can significantly positively predict the competence of psychological commissioners,and the single mediation and chain mediation effects of personal growth initiative and coping efficacy between mental health literacy and psychological commissioners competence are both valid.Conclusion The improvement of the mental health literacy of college psychological commissioners can effectively promote personal growth initiative,thereby having a higher level of coping efficiency,and assisting in the construction of peer psychological service teams in universities.
