摘 要:通过调制温度式差示扫描量热技术(MDSC)测定了玻璃纤维/环氧树脂预浸料在固化全过程不同方向上的比热容和热导率,并建立模型来描述比热容和热导率随温度和固化度的变化。未固化和完全固化时,预浸料的比热容和热导率随着温度的增大线性增加;在固化过程中受温度和固化度的双重影响,在固化反应前期,比热容和热导率有一个突变,在温度和固化度的作用下表现出先增大后减小的趋势。此外,通过混合定律和分段线性关系来描述比热容和热导率随温度和固化度的变化关系,结果有助于提高数值模拟中参数的准确性。The specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of glass fiber/epoxy resin prepreg in different directions during the curing process were measured by modulated temperature differential scanning calorimetry(MDSC),and a model was established to describe the changes of specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity with temperature and curing degree.The specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the prepreg increase linearly with the increase of temperature when it is not cured and fully cured.During the curing process,it is subject to the dual effects of temperature and curing degree.In the early stage of curing reaction,there is a sudden change in the specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity,which first increases and then decreases under the effect of temperature and curing degree.In addition,the relationship between specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity with temperature and curing degree is described by mixing law and piecewise linear relationship,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of parameters in numerical simulation.
