以党的群众路线推动全过程人民民主发展

摘　　要：在新时代,发展全过程人民民主离不开传承党的群众路线的优良传统,不断丰富全过程人民民主的理论内涵。党的群众路线与全过程人民民主建设具有内在逻辑的一致性。党的十八大以来,中国共产党坚持党的群众路线,推动全过程人民民主“五大民主”环节,取得了丰硕的成果,但也存在群众参与热情不够高、参与渠道不畅、政治参与的成效不足等问题。在新时代新征程,必须毫不动摇地坚持党的群众路线,更好地坚持党的领导,更好地从新时代人民群众的美好生活需要出发,更好地走好网上群众路线,将群众路线的优良传统与全过程人民民主的创新概念相结合,推动作为优良传统的群众路线在新时代的创新性发展,推动全过程人民民主不断深化。In the new era,the development of whole-process people’s democracy is inseparable from inheriting the fine tradition of the Party’s mass line and constantly enriching the theoretical connotation of whole-process people’s democracy.The Party’s mass line and the construction of whole-process people’s democracy have internal logic consistency.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party has adhered to the mass line and promoted the“five democratic links”of whole-processpeople’s democracy.Fruitfulresults have been achieved,but there are also problems such as insufficient enthusiasm for mass participation,poor channels for participation,and insufficient effectiveness of political participation.On the new journey in the new era,we must unswervingly adhere to the Party’s mass line,better uphold the Party’s leadership,better proceed from the needs of the people in the new era for a better life,better follow the online mass line,combine the fine tradition of the mass line with the innovative concept of whole-process people’s democracy,and promote the innovative development of the mass line as a fine tradition in the new era,so as to promote the development of whole-process people’s democracy.
