摘　　要：1929年12月中国共产党红军第四军第九次代表大会所通过的《古田会议决议》是党的建设和红军建设的纲领性文献,对今天在新时代的新征程上加强党的政治建设提供了深刻的现实启示:一是坚定马克思主义的政治信仰、抵制错误思想侵蚀,二是加强和改进思想政治教育、培育积极健康的政治文化,三是强化党组织的政治功能、拒绝松垮懈怠,四是坚持民主集中制、反对独裁专制和极端民主,五是严明政治纪律、防止政治底线虚化。The Resolution of the Gutian Conference,passed at the Ninth Congress of the 4th Route of the Red Army in December 1929,is a landmark document for the building of the Party and the Red Army and provides profound practical insights for strengthening the political building of the Party in the new era.Firstly,it emphasizes the importance of steadfast Marxist political belief and the resistance against the erosion of incorrect ideologies.Secondly,it calls for the enhancement and improvement of ideological and political education to cultivate a positive and healthy political culture.Thirdly,it stresses the need to strengthen the political functions of Party organizations and reject any slackness or lethargy.Fourthly,it advocates the adherence to democratic centralism,opposing both dictatorial and extreme democratic practices.Lastly,it emphasizes the strict observance of political discipline to prevent the blurring of political boundaries.
