党性教育的价值、挑战与改进路径研究

摘　　要：党性教育是党员干部的必修课,也是党校教学的主要内容,要把党性教育作为党员干部培训的永恒主题,贯穿党员干部教育培训全过程。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党性教育,党校积极发挥“熔炉”作用,党性教育取得显著成效,党员干部的党性修养获得很大提升。但由于各种原因,党性教育工作也还面临一些挑战,需要进行全方位的提升与改进。进一步提高和改进党性教育工作,要从党校、教师、参训党员干部三个方面和“知、情、意、行、制”五个角度积极推进,不断提高教育的针对性和实效性,推进党性教育入脑入心、知行合一。The Party spirit education is a compulsory course for Party members and cadres,and it is also a major teaching content of Party school.It should be regarded as an eternal theme of training,running through the entire process of education and training for Party members and cadres.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to Party spirit education.And Party schools have actively played the role of melting pots.Therefore,Party spirit education has achieved remarkable results,and Party members and cadres have achieved greatly.However,due to various reasons,the Party spirit education still faces some challenges and needs comprehensive improvement.To further enhance and improve it,efforts should be made in three aspects,i.e.Party schools,teachers,and participant,and from five angles,i.e.knowledge,feeling,intention,action,and system,to continuously improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education,and make the Party spirit education absorbed by the Party members and cadres.
