摘　　要：目的系统梳理“和平方舟”号医院船海外医疗服务研究脉络,为我国海外医疗服务研究与实践提供有益启发。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库中收录的相关研究文献,利用文献计量方法与VOSviewer软件从发文年份、载文期刊、研究机构、高被引文献、关键词等视角进行统计分析。结果共筛选出411篇“和平方舟”号医院船海外医疗服务研究文献,该领域研究始于2010年,文献累计量符合线性增长趋势;《中国急救复苏与灾害医学杂志》《中华航海医学与高气压医学杂志》《海军医学杂志》是该领域主要发文期刊;海军相关医疗机构在该领域具有较高的活跃度和贡献度;研究主要围绕“和谐使命”、联合军演、人道主义援助等工作任务展开,海外医疗服务的准备与保障、疾病诊治与手术治疗、医疗护理以及总结与反思构成了该领域热点研究议题。结论“和平方舟”号医院船海外医疗服务研究成果不断丰富,研究内容不断扩展,服务群体涵盖当地居民、华人、华侨以及远航官兵、护理人员等,医疗服务更具人文关怀,提供高质量的优质医疗服务,医疗服务的信息化、数字化应用成为当前“和平方舟”号医院船海外医疗服务的最新研究趋势。Objective To systematically sort out the research context of overseas medical service on the“Peace Ark”hospital ship and provide beneficial inspiration for the research and practice of overseas medical service in China.Methods Papers archived in CNKI and Wanfang Database were retrieved,and statistical analysis was made from the perspectives of publication year,journals,research institutions and keywords using bibliometrics and VOSviewer.Results A total of 411 papers on overseas medical services of“Peace Ark”hospital ship were screened.The research in this field began in 2010,and the cumulative amount of papers aligned with the linear growth trend.These papers were mainly published in the China Journal of Emergency Resuscitation and Disaster Medicine,Chinese Journal of Nautical Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine,and Journal of Navy Medicine.The PLA Navy‑related medical institutions had high activity and contribution in this field.The research mainly focused on"Mission Harmony",joint military exercises,and humanitarian assistance.Preparing and guaranteeing overseas medical services,diagnosis and surgical treatment,medical care and summary and reflection constituted hot research topics in this field.Conclusion The research results of the overseas medical service on the Peace Ark hospital ship are constantly enriched,and the research contents are constantly expanded.The service is more humanistic and covers residents,overseas Chinese,sailors and nursing staff.Providing high‑quality medical service and the application of informatization and digitalization in medical service are becoming the latest research trend of overseas medical service on the Peace Ark hospital ship.
