摘 要:为探究不同添加剂对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)和高丹草(Sorghum biclor×sorghum sudanens)混贮品质的影响,本试验以6∶4混贮比例的紫花苜蓿+高丹草为原料,分别进行无添加剂(CK)、添加1×10^(6)cfu·g^(-1)FM植物乳杆菌(A)、粪肠球菌(B)、植物乳杆菌+粪肠球菌(A+B)4个处理。青贮60 d后对各处理组的混贮品质进行检测。结果表明:与对照组相比,B处理组茎叶结构保存良好,松软疏松,LA(6.12)、CP(19.63)、WSC(3.97)含量显著提高(P<0.05),pH值(4.14)显著降低(P<0.05),AN/TN含量均<3%,维生素(V E、V K1、V C、B族维生素)含量均达至适宜范围。因此,综合饲料的营养品质、发酵品质以及维生素含量进行全面的评价,表明添加1×10^(6)cfu·g^(-1)FM植物乳杆菌混合青贮综合效果最佳,感官评定(20)、V-Score得分(97.38),灰色关联度第一。To explore the effects of different additives on mixed silage quality of alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)Sorghum biclor×sorghum sudanens(Gaodan grass),we used alfalfa and Gaodan grass mixture with a 6∶4 ratio as raw materials,without additive(CK),adding 1×10^(6)cfu·g^(-1)FM Lactobacillus plantarum(A),Enterococcus faecalis(B),Lactobacillus plantarum+Enterococcus faecalis(A+B).The mixed silage quality of each treatment group was tested after 60 days of silaging.The results showed that in compared with the control group,the stem and leaf structure of treatment group B was well preserved,soft and loose,the contents of LA,CP and WSC were increased significantly,while the pH value was decreased significantly,the content of AN/TN was less than 3%and the contents of vitamins(V E,V K1,V C,B vitamins)reached to the suitable range.Therefore,the comprehensive evaluation of nutritional quality,fermentation quality and vitamin content of comprehensive feed showed that the comprehensive effects of mixed silage with Lactobacillus plantarum 1×10^(6)cfu·g^(-1)FM was the best,sensory evaluation(20),V-Score score(97.38),and the first grey correlation degree.
