摘 要:高纯富集锗-76单晶探测器可应用于探测无中微子双β衰变,其中高纯富集二氧化锗-76是制备链中关键材料。本文以富集四氟化锗-76为原料,建立了一条水解中和法制备二氧化锗-76的工艺方法,并分别对四氟化锗-76气体水解液质量浓度、水解时间、原料质量比、中和反应时间和烘干时间等工艺参数的研究,最终确立一条高纯度高收率的转化路线,产品经检测晶型为六方型晶体,纯度≥99.99%,转化收率≥95%。该研究成果有效解决了国内锗-76单晶探测器研究技术的“卡脖子”问题,打破了其他国家的技术壁垒。High purity enriched 76Ge single crystal detectors can be applied to detect neutrino free pairs β Decay,in which high-purity enriched 76GeO_(2) is a key material in the preparation chain.This article uses enriched 76GeF_(4) as the raw material to establish a hydrolysis neutralization method for preparing 76GeO_(2).The process parameters such as the mass concentration of 76GeF_(4) gas hydrolysis solution,hydrolysis time,raw material mass ratio,neutralization reaction time,and drying time were studied.Finally,a high-purity and high-yield conversion route was established.The product was tested to be hexagonal crystal,with a purity of≥99.99% and a conversion rate of≥95%.This research achievement effectively solves the bottleneck problem of domestic 76Ge single crystal detector research technology and breaks down the technological barriers of other countries.
