拓宽冶金球团造球原料水分范围的试验研究

摘  要:冶金球团生产中大多采用复合膨润土作为粘结剂造球,但易出现造球原料水分范围变窄的问题。本文开展的拓宽冶金球团造球原料水分范围的研究表明,造球原料随着水分增加,生球落下强度呈先增后降的趋势,抗压强度变化不大,但450℃下生球爆裂指标不符合要求。加入0.05%的有机添加剂后,造球原料水分范围从9.5%±0.5%拓宽到10.0%±1.0%,生球各项指标均达到实验室造球质量标准要求,膨润土使用量可降低0.2%,起到降本增效作用,有效解决了影响生球质量及球团生产的问题。In metallurgical pellet production,composite bentonite is mostly used as binder to make pellets,but it is easy to narrow the moisture range of pelletizing raw materials.The research on widening the moisture range of raw materials for metallurgical pelletizing in this paper shows that with the increase of moisture,the falling strength of green pellets first increases and then decreases,and the compressive strength changes little,but the bursting index of green pellets at 450℃ does not meet the requirements.After adding 0.05% organic additive,the moisture range of raw materials for pelletizing was widened from 9.5%±0.5%to 10.0%±1.0%,and all indexes of green pellets met the requirements of laboratory pelletizing quality standards.The consumption of bentonite was reduced by 0.2%,which reduced the production cost and effectively solved the problems affecting the quality of green pellets and pellet production.
