摘  要:正压封堵钻井液技术是近些年来研究较多和发展较快的一种井壁强化技术。正向压力钻井液技术,就是通过加入膜化剂,使钻井液在泥岩等地层井壁表面形成一层较高质量的隔离膜,封堵地层裂缝,阻止钻井液滤液进入地层,从而实现提高地层承压封堵能力,起到有效保护储层和维持井壁稳定的目的,为钻完井期间达到井下安全提供技术保障。本文通过调研常用的正向压力技术,从结构研究和优选实验,形成正压封堵剂XHY,形成了适合于某区块的正压封堵钻井液技术,并在大港埕海新区浅层及深部地层进行了现场应用。Positive pressure plugging drilling fluid technology is a kind of wall strengthening technology which has been studied and developed rapidly in recent years.Forward pressure drilling fluid technology,by adding film agent,enables drilling fluid to form a layer of high quality isolation film on the wellbore surface of mudstone and other formations to seal formation cracks and prevent drilling fluid filtrate from entering the formation,so as to improve the formation pressure sealing ability,effectively protect the reservoir and maintain the stability of the wellbore,and provide technical support for downhole safety during drilling and completion.In this paper,positive pressure plugging agent XHY was formed through the investigation of commonly used positive pressure technology,from the structural study and optimization experiment,and the positive pressure plugging drilling fluid technology suitable for a certain block was formed,and the field application was carried out in shallow and deep strata of Dagang Chenghai new area.
