摘 要:气体分析仪系统在硫酸转化工序中起到监控进入转化器之前的烟气成分的作用,对烟气内的二氧化硫气体、氧气浓度进行监控与分析,确保其初始浓度值符合标准要求,具备合理氧硫比,保证二氧化硫的平衡转化率。本次对硫酸转化工序的气体分析仪系统进行研究,目的是根据硫酸转化系统的运行需求,进一步优化设计气体分析仪系统框架,丰富系统功能,增加智能化监控模块,提高气体分析仪系统运行高效性、敏感性与精准性。本文简要分析了硫酸转化工序的气体分析需求,阐述了硫酸转化工序气体分析仪原理,对硫酸转化工序气体分析仪系统进行了设计与应用。The gas analyzer system plays a role in monitoring the composition of the flue gas before entering the converter in the sulfuric acid conversion process.It monitors and analyzes the concentration of sulfur dioxide gas and oxygen in the flue gas to ensure that its initial concentration value meets the standard requirements,has a reasonable oxygen sulfur ratio,and ensures the balanced conversion rate of sulfur dioxide.The purpose of this study on the gas analyzer system in the sulfuric acid conversion process is to further optimize and design the gas analyzer system framework based on the operational requirements of the sulfuric acid conversion system,enrich system functions,add intelligent monitoring modules,and improve the high efficiency,sensitivity,and accuracy of the gas analyzer system operation.This article briefly analyzes the gas analysis requirements for the sulfuric acid conversion process,explains the principle of the gas analyzer for the sulfuric acid conversion process,and designs and applies the gas analyzer system for the sulfuric acid conversion process.
