摘 要:本文研究了双氧水氧化、活性炭吸附和二者组合对絮凝上清液脱色的影响。结果表明,双氧水氧化脱色率可以达到88.74%但脱色液随时间延长会有沉淀析出。凹凸棒土、白土、活性炭三种吸附剂脱色效果不理想,活性炭的脱色率可以达到30.69%,脱色上清液没有沉淀析出。双氧水氧化和活性炭吸附组合效果更好,脱色率可以达到94.52%且脱色上清液没有沉淀析出。脱色后的上清液可以作为水基切削液的原料使用。The effects of hydrogen peroxide oxidation,activated carbon adsorption and their combination on the decolorization of flocculated supernatant were studied.The results showed that the decolorization rate of hydrogen peroxide oxidation could reach 88.74%,but the decolorization supernatant would precipitate with time.The decolorization effect of the three adsorbents,attapulgite,clay and activated carbon,is not ideal.The decolorization rate of activated carbon can reach 30.69%,and the supernatant of decolorization does not precipitate.The combination effect of hydrogen peroxide oxidation and activated carbon adsorption is better,the decolorization rate can reach 94.52%,and the supernatant of decolorization does not precipitate.The supernatant after decolorization can be used as the raw material of water-based cutting fluid.
