摘  要:在硬度不合格故障件排查中,用视觉外观对比、体式显微镜对比、表面能谱和金相组织分析,对整流罩紧固环真空退火和未真空退火零件进行了对比分析,合格件显亮色,有金属光泽,故障件金属光泽暗淡。采用专家判定法,通过视觉外观差异检查判断,对整流罩紧固环待装配零件进行了筛选,从故障批零件中筛选出了硬度偏高不合格零件,筛选后整流罩紧固环滚压粘接100%合格,满足了产品加工需求。In the investigation of unqualified faulty parts,visual appearance comparison,body microscope comparison,surface energy spectrum andmetallographic analysis were used to compare and analyze vacuum annealed parts.Parts showed bright colors with metallic luster,while faulty parts had dull metallic luster.Using expert method,through vision,the parts of fairing ring of faring to be assembled were screened.Unqualified parts without vacuum annealing were from parts to be assembled.After screening,the rolling of the fastening ring of fairing was qualified of 100%,meeting the product processing requirements.
