摘  要:本研究旨在研发一种高效的方法,用于处理水体中存在的四环素类抗生素,因其对公共卫生安全构成威胁。我们采用了电化学氧化法,具体是Electro/sulfite体系,其中以亚硫酸钙(CaSO3)作为还原剂和自由基前驱物,以成功分解四环素(TC)。研究结果表明,Electro/sulfite体系对TC的去除效果表现出协同作用,明显优于单独使用电化学或亚硫酸盐体系。通过自由基掩蔽实验的分析,我们确定了主要的活性物质为羟基自由基(·OH)和单线态氧(1O2),这两者在TC降解中起主导作用。此外,通过采用高性能液相色谱-质谱联用技术(HPLC-MS),我们推测了TC的降解途径,包括脱羟基、脱氨基、酰基反应和苯环开环反应等。最终,TC被完全氧化降解为无害的无机物质。这项研究为处理水体中存在的抗生素类污染物提供了一种高效的方法。This study aimed to develop an efficient method for the treatment of tetracycline antibiotics present in water,as they pose a threat to public health and safety.We employed an electrochemical oxidation method,specifically the Electro/sulfite system,using calcium sulfite(CaSO_(3))as a reducing agent and a precursor for free radicals to successfully degrade tetracycline(TC).The research results demonstrated that the Electro/sulfite system exhibited a synergistic effect in the removal of TC,significantly outperforming the standalone electrochemical or sulfite systems.Through free radical scavenging experiments,we identified the primary active species as hydroxyl radicals(·OH)and singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2)),both playing a predominant role in TC degradation.Furthermore,by utilizing high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS),we hypothesized TC degradation pathways,including hydroxyl group removal,deamination,acyl reaction,and benzene ring opening reactions.Ultimately,TC was completely oxidized and degraded into harmless inorganic substances.This study provides an efficient approach for addressing the presence of antibiotic pollutants in water.
