摘 要:部分气田采出水汞含量较高,导致水处理装置产生大量含汞污泥。为开发含汞污泥热解技术方案,对某气田的含汞污泥进行原泥化验分析和热解实验,分析了不同热解温度和时间下热解残渣中的汞含量和油含量。结果表明:该原泥汞含量高达3248 mg/kg,属危险固废;含汞污泥最佳的热解时间为40 min,热解温度为550℃。依据实验结果,开发了一种含汞污泥热解方案,为气田含汞污泥热处理装置的工程建设提供了技术支持。The mercury content in the produced water of some gas fields is high,resulting in a large amount of mercury-containing sludge produced by the water treatment device.In order to develop the pyrolysis technology scheme of mercury-containing sludge,the original sludge test analysis and pyrolysis experiment of mercury-containing sludge in a gas field were carried out,and the mercury content and oil content in pyrolysis residue under different pyrolysis temperature and time were analyzed.The results show that the mercury content of the raw mud is as high as 3248 mg/kg,which is a dangerous solid waste.The optimum pyrolysis time of mercury-containing sludge is 40 min,and the pyrolysis temperature is 550℃.Based on the experimental results,a pyrolysis scheme of mercury-containing sludge was developed,which provided technical support for the construction of mercury-containing sludge heat treatment device in gas field.
