摘 要:文章以轴流排涝泵站为例,采用数值模拟方法,对蜗壳形进水池进行优化设计及研究。针对蜗壳形进水池的安放角、偏心距及螺旋线螺旋角3个主要参数,分析了各参数对泵站水力性能及水泵入口流速分布均匀性的影响。研究结果表明:安放角对泵站性能影响较大,需对电机功率进行复核,防止过载;偏心距为0时,水力性能最优;螺旋线形状对泵站性能影响较小,但较小的螺旋角有利于提高水泵入口流速均匀性。This paper takes an axial flow drainage pump station as an example and uses numerical simulation methods to optimize and study the volute-shaped inlet pool.Focusing on three main parameters of the volute-shaped inlet pool:the placement angle,eccentric distance,and the spiral angle of the helical line,the paper analyzes the impact of these parameters on the hydraulic performance of the pump station and the uniformity of the flow velocity distribution at the pump inlet.The research results show that the placement angle has a significant effect on the performance of the pump station,and it is necessary to recheck the motor power to prevent overload;the hydraulic performance is optimal when the eccentric distance is zero;while the shape of the helical line has a minor effect on the performance of the pump station,a smaller spiral angle is conducive to improving the uniformity of the flow velocity at the pump inlet.
