摘 要:南水北调中线干线工程(北京段)在城市民生、经济、环境、生态方面发挥了巨大的作用。该段建筑结构大多采用大口径PCCP管道。确保PCCP管道长久运行安全,避免受到各种因素而损坏,至关重要。文章通过管道断丝实时监测SoundPrintAFO系统及电磁法探测,结合开挖揭露、物探成果、地质水文、试验检测等方面对大口径PCCP管道损坏形式和成因进行分析。有助于延长PCCP管道安全运行期限,也可为今后的管道设计、施工、运行维护提供参考依据。The Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project in the Beijing section plays a significant role in urban livelihood,economy,environment,and ecology.This section predominantly employs large-diameter PCCP pipelines.Ensuring the long-term operational safety of PCCP pipelines and preventing damage from various factors is crucial.This paper analyzes the damage forms and causes of large-diameter PCCP pipelines through real-time monitoring of wire breaks using the SoundPrintAFO system and electromagnetic detection,combined with excavation exposure,geophysical survey results,geological hydrology,and test inspections.This analysis aids in taking targeted measures to extend the safe operational lifespan of PCCP pipelines and can also provide a reference for future pipeline design,construction,operation,and maintenance.
