摘 要:土地利用变化是生物多样性丧失的主要驱动因素,农牧交错区耕地-草地界面变化对草地生物多样性有显著影响,系统梳理相关研究进展,对于区域可持续发展至关重要。本文首先从空间尺度、研究层次、研究方法和应用决策4个角度对农牧交错区草地生物多样性研究进展进行了系统阐述,然后分析了当前农牧交错区草地生物多样性保护面临的挑战和机遇,最后就目前已有研究的局限性和未来的发展方向进行了探讨。研究表明,当前农牧交错区“耕地-草地界面变化对生物多样性影响”的研究十分薄弱,研究层次有待扩展、跨尺度集成研究亟须加强。未来应当融入空天地一体化的遥感监测技术,系统推进农牧交错区草地生物多样性研究,在全面理解影响机制的基础上,探索耕地粮食生产和草地生物多样性保护的双赢方案,促进区域可持续发展。Land use change,particularly the conversion of grassland to cropland at the cropland-grassland boundary,is a primary driver of biodiversity loss in this area.A systematic review of existing research is crucial for sustainable regional development.This study provided a comprehensive analysis of research progress on grassland biodiversity in agro-pastoral ecotone across four key areas:spatial scales,research levels,employed methodologies,and decision-making processes.We further evaluated the challenges and opportunities associated with current grassland biodiversity conservation efforts.By identifying limitations in existing research and outlining future research directions,this study highlighted the urgent need to expand the scope of research on the impact of cropland-grassland boundary changes on biodiversity.We proposed the development of a spatially integrated monitoring network(space-air-ground)to systematically advance future research on grassland biodiversity in agro-pastoral ecotone.Ultimately,achieving a win-win solution for regional sustainable development requires a comprehensive understanding of the impact mechanism involved,allowing for the balancing of agricultural food production with effective grassland biodiversity protection.
