摘　　要：为推进铁路工务设备管理应用的创新,对既有的工务管理信息系统(PWMIS 1.0)进行优化升级,设计了以服务工务生产管理为中心的铁路工务设备管理系统。文章阐述了该系统的总体架构、技术架构和关键技术,实现了工务设备台账管理、工务设备汇总、运营情况管理等多种功能。该系统已在全国铁路进行实施部署,运行情况表明,该系统提高了工务设备管理效率和数据准确性,为各级工务部门准确掌握工务设备状态提供技术支撑。In order to promote innovation in railway permanent way equipment management applications,this paper optimized and upgraded the existing Permanent Way Management Information System 1.0(PWMIS 1.0).The paper designed a railway permanent way equipment management system centered on service permanent way production management,elaborated on the overall architecture,technical architecture,and key technologies of the system,and implemented various functions such as permanent way equipment ledger management,permanent way equipment summary,and operation situation management.The system has been implemented and deployed on railways nationwide,and its operation results show that it improves the efficiency and accuracy of permanent way equipment management,provides technical support for various levels of permanent way departments to accurately grasp the status of the equipment.
