半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎的前瞻性临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探索半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎(Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis,HPAG)寒热错杂证的临床疗效。方法 将193例HPAG患者作为研究对象,实验组98例,对照组95例,实验组采用半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对照组采用标准“四联疗法”治疗,疗程均为2周。比较两组治疗前后症状积分、总体有效率、幽门螺旋杆菌根除率、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,两组治疗后症状积分均显著下降,实验组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组总有效率95.9%,对照组89.5%,(P>0.05);对照组HP根除率略高于实验组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 两组治疗寒热错杂型HPAG总体疗效相当;但半夏泻心汤在改善HPAG临床症状方面更具优势,且药物不良反应较小。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of mixed cold and heat syn-drome with Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis(HPAG).Methods 193 cases of HPAG patients were taken as the study object,98 cases in the experimental group and 95 cases in the control group.The experimental group received Banxia Xiexin Decoction plus or minus treatment,and the control group received standard"quadruple therapy"treatment,the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Symptom score,overall effective rate,helicobacter pylori eradication rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the symptom score of both groups decreased significant-ly,the symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate was 95.9%in the experimental group and 89.5%in the control group(P>0.05).The eradication rate of HP in control group was slightly higher than that in experimental group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reac-tions in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of HPAG with mixed cold and heat is similar.However,Banxia Xiexin Decoction has more advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of HPAG and has less adverse drug reactions.
