福建地区红豆树在黄山地区引种表现及适应性评价

摘  要:为探讨红豆树的引种表现,了解红豆树对引种地的适应性。以在黄山引种的福建3个采种地红豆树2年生苗为研究对象,测定其生长、叶片表型性状及叶片养分元素等指标。结果表明:引种的红豆树在高径比(HDR)、叶形指数(LI)、叶片干物质量(LDMC)、叶片氮含量(N)和叶片碳氮比(C/N)5个方面存在显著差异;通过主成分分析综合评定,引自福建南平的红豆树适应性最好,适合作为优良种源。To explore the introduction performance of Ormosia hosiei and understand its adaptability in the introduction area,the experiment targeted the 2-year seedlings of Ormosia hosiei introduced from three different Fujian sites to Huangshan,measured and calculated their growth,leaf phenotypic traits and leaf nutrients.The results showed that there were significant differences in terms of high diameter ratio(HDR),leaf index(LI),leaf dry matter mass(LDMC),leaf nitrogen content(N)and leaf carbon-nitrogen ratio(C/N)among the trees in three different plan-ting sites.Through the comprehensive evaluation of principal component analysis,the Ormosia hosiei from Nanping,Fujian Province has the best adaptability and is suitable for being an excellent provenance.
