摘 要:为研究高强度间伐对马尾松(Pinus massoniana)叶片与土壤养分关系的影响,以间伐后5 a和未间伐(对照)马尾松人工林为研究对象,分析叶片和0~60 cm土壤理化性质和氮、磷化学计量特征,以及叶片与土壤氮磷的相关性。结果表明,高强度间伐显著降低马尾松人工林的土壤含水量,提高土壤pH,并且降低0~20 cm土层全氮、全磷、碱解氮和速效磷含量,对20~40 cm土层氮、磷含量影响不显著。高强度间伐对马尾松叶片氮含量影响不显著,显著降低叶片磷含量,导致叶片氮磷比升高50%。对照马尾松叶片氮含量与10~40 cm土层碱解氮含量显著相关,间伐后相关性不显著。间伐和对照马尾松叶片磷含量与土壤速效磷含量相关性均不显著。说明研究区马尾松生长主要受到氮限制,高强度间伐在短期内降低了土壤氮、磷含量,并缓解了马尾松生长的氮限制。To reveal the effects of high intensity thinning on leaf-soil nutrient relationships in Masson pine(Pinus massoniana)plantation,the physical and chemical properties,nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)stoichiometric characteristics,as well as the correlation between leaves and soil nitrogen and phosphorus were analyzed in P.massoniana plantations 5 years after thinning and non thinning(control).The results showed that high intensity thinning significantly increased soil pH,decreased soil water content,total N,total P,available N,and available P content in the soil at 0-20 cm,and had no significant effects on the N and P content in the soil at 20-40 cm.High intensity thinning did not significantly affect leaf N content but significantly reduced leaf P content,resulting in a 50%increase in leaf N:P ratio.In the control treatments,leaf N content was positively correlated with available N content in the soil at 10-40 cm,but this correlation was not significant after thinning.The correlation between leaf P content and available P content in the soil was not significant both in the thinning and control treatments.Therefore,N is the limiting factor for P.massoniana growth in the study area,and high intensity thinning relieved the N limitation on P.massoniana growth.
