摘  要:心肌缺血再灌注损伤常见于心肌梗塞、心肌缺血等,其发病率、死亡率高,且缺乏防治措施。积极探究防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤是临床研究的热点,近5年有关药物减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤及其机制的研究较多,也取得了一些进展。本文着重介绍近5年关于药物通过抑制铁死亡、细胞凋亡、坏死性凋亡、细胞焦亡、氧化应激、钙超载、自噬调控、内质网应激、能量代谢等机制减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤的实验研究和临床观察,及利用纳米技术、冠状动脉内给药技术等防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤的新成果,为心肌缺血再灌注损伤防治和研究提供理论依据。Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury is common in myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia,having a high incidence,high mortality and insufficient prevention and treatment measures.Actively exploring the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury has been a focus of clinical research.In the past five years,new progress has been made in the study of drugs that can reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and the mechanisms.This article focused on the experimental research and clini-cal observation of drugs in the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by in-hibiting ferroptosis,apoptosis,necroptosis,pyrosis,oxidative stress and calcium overload and regulating autophagy,endoplasmic reticulum stress and energy metabolism,and also the latest achievements in the pre-vention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by nanotechnology and intracoronary drug administration in the past five years,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
